Even if we do our best to make our apps meet your needs, you may want to get a refund. Don't worry. You have 14 days after purchasing an app or license to get a refund. This article explains the steps to follow depending on the purchasing channel.
I bought the app from the Apple App Store
When you buy an app from the App Store, the seller is Apple. You should note that Apple does not transmit any information on users purchasing an application. I bought the app from the NeededApps Store
If you have purchased an app from our store, all you need to do is contact us through the support page. Of course, you must specify the application's name and the email address used during the purchase. We will initiate the refund procedure as soon as possible. The process can take a few days due to bank transfers.
